歯肉退縮（歯茎下がり）

30代女性、歯茎下がりが心配で来院されました。
当院で結合組織移植術【CTG】を行い、各ブロック1回ずつの処置で自然な歯茎に改善しました。

結合組織移植【CTG】とは、歯肉の固く骨についている部分（結合組織）のみを移植する術式のことで、歯肉の色を元の部位の色のまま移植できることがメリットです。
歯茎が痩せたり下がったりすることは、見た目ももちろん、虫歯になりやすいなど、様々なリスクがあるため治療が必要なのですが、高度な診断力と技術が必要なため取り扱う歯科医師は極めて少ないのが実情です。

当院では歯肉退縮治療に豊富な症例があり、全国からこの治療を受けにいらっしゃいます。

We performed a connective tissue graft (CTG), and with one procedure per site, her gums improved to a natural-looking appearance.

A connective tissue graft (CTG) is a surgical technique in which only the connective tissue— the firm, bone-attached portion of the gingiva— is transplanted. One advantage is that the grafted area can maintain a color that closely matches the original gum tissue.

Gum tissue thinning and recession not only affects appearance but also increases various risks, such as a higher susceptibility to tooth decay, making treatment necessary. However, because this procedure requires advanced diagnostic ability and surgical skill, very few dentists are able to provide it.

Our clinic has extensive experience treating gum recession, and patients come from all over Japan to receive this treatment.
